Thingergy created this 10ft tall statue in 3 weeks. It is 100% 3D printed using 3 in-house printers (3D Platform, LulzBot, Ultimaker) and extra help from Mater Hackers to output some parts on their Raise 3D Inc Machines. Intel RealSense R200 scanner on a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro was used to scan YG and then edited in Zbrush to fix any missing scanned pieces. The pieces were coated in XTC from Smooth-On and then epoxied together. The inside has a steel armature, and we used rigid poly-foam to fill up the cavities.
