NATIONAL VIDEO GAME MUSEUM | VIDEO GAME CHARACTER STATUE

YEAR – 2019

We created and installed a new display piece located at the NVG (National Video Game Museum) in Texas. The centerpiece statue is placed among the visual timeline of North American video game console history within the museum. The display consists of 6 individual figures (7 if you count the Donky Kong barrel). Each piece had to be constructed to not only be safe around patrons of the museum but extremely durable to withstand years of physical contact and still look as crisp as the first day they were installed.

If you are a fan of DOOM you can also visit a virtual walkthrough of the museum that was built using the DOOM engine model. The virtual museum even includes a pixel version of our statue! Learn more about that here.
